Terms & Conditions

• Submissions open monthly from the 4th to the 7th and reopen the following month after scheduling work is completed.
• All submissions are subject to review and acceptance is not guaranteed.
• Tier 1 is free. Tier 2 is £9.99 per month. Tier 3 is £19.99 per month. Tier 4 is £29.99 one-off.
• The artist retains copyright ownership but grants a non-exclusive licence for up to two years from acceptance.
• Blonde Cat Radio and Blonde Cat Publications may use accepted music and approved promotional materials for radio, website, YouTube, social media, and campaign purposes within the agreed licence term.
• The artist confirms they own or control all rights required for the submission and any promotional use.
• The artist agrees to provide one 1-minute version and one 3-minute version of the same song for scheduling and promotional use.
• Tier 2 and Tier 3 include the professional album cover. Tier 1 and Tier 4 may purchase it as a £10 one-off service.
• Artists should follow Facebook and Instagram for updates, announcements, and future submission windows.
• This page should be reviewed and adjusted to reflect your final business structure, tax setup, and governing law before public use.
